- The rapid pace of technological change as well as new, flexible and often self-organised working methods and locations are calling on employees to take more personal responsibility and become more proficient in terms of safety and health at work. To get across the importance of the subject as early as possible, IFA has designed experiments specifically for children that communicate the key safety and health messages even to pre-school children.
